The focus of today's organization must be to maximize internal effectiveness and service or product development while minimizing costs. With uncertain economic conditions, restricted financial resources, or lack of access to qualified employees, owners and executives are finding their focus drawn away from critical business planning and development to handle day to day projects and issues.
Side 2 Side™ Business Solutions was established to provide expertise in several critical support areas without having to overburden already limited budgets. Our network of professionals has proven track records in their field, and can provide this expertise to help any size or type of company. We are able to step in from the critical start-up phase providing support tools such as research and analysis, business planning, corporate branding, and policy and procedure development, through support of established companies during critical project deadlines or employee turnover or downsizing.

Quite simply, we step in when and where we are needed. Side 2 Side Business Solutions is not a temp agency; we are an outsourced network of professionals that team with the client organization on projects in Human Resources, Facilities, Corporate Communications, Corporate Event Project Management or other more generalized business support areas. Our services page details the range of assistance that we can provide.
Upon the receipt of a Request for Quotation, we will contact the client to arrange for an initial discovery meeting or phone call. The primary project manager will develop the contract outlining the scope, timing and budget of the client engagement, and will be responsible for forming the contract team. Upon completion of the documentation and approval by the client, work begins.
